Urinary Leakage (Incontinence)

Urinary incontinence — another name for the loss of bladder control — is a common and often embarrassing problem. Some people occasionally leak urine when they cough or sneeze; others may have a sudden and strong urge to urinate and cannot get to a toilet in time. This condition most often affects women, but can also develop in men.

If urinary incontinence affects your day-to-day activities, the SUS experts can help you. We use the latest technology called “urodynamics” to diagnose urinary incontinence problems so we can provide the most appropriate treatment. In most cases, simple lifestyle changes or medical treatment can ease the patient’s discomfort or even stop urinary incontinence. In some cases, more aggressive therapies such as surgery are required.
